Twelve en-suite wet rooms fitted with waterproof tanking and hot-welded safety vinyl, built to infection-control standard while the facility remained in operation.
What we walked into
A live care home needed 12 en-suites upgraded to infection-control standard without closing the facility, and without noise disruption to residents on adjacent floors.
What we did about it
We worked room by room out of hours, applied a waterproof tanking system under the screed, then laid and hot-welded safety vinyl with a coved skirt. No overnight noise and zero room downtime during the day.
